2018年4月，新疆某規(guī)?；庇i場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)大量母豬流產(chǎn)，產(chǎn)死胎、木乃伊胎等繁育障礙癥狀。為確診病因，采集胎兒組織和母豬流產(chǎn)分泌物，通過(guò)普通PCR、RT-PCR、real-time PCR技術(shù)，對(duì)豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征病毒（PRRSV）、偽狂犬病病毒（PRV）、豬細(xì)小病毒（PPV）、弓形蟲4種病原進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果顯示，PRRSV檢測(cè)呈陽(yáng)性，PRV、PPV和弓形蟲檢測(cè)呈陰性。通過(guò)PRRSV特異性引物NSP2進(jìn)行PRRSV毒株鑒定，確定該豬場(chǎng)存在PRRSV類NADC30毒株。結(jié)果表明，類NADC30毒株是導(dǎo)致該豬場(chǎng)出現(xiàn)母豬繁殖障礙的重要病原，說(shuō)明該新型毒株已經(jīng)蔓延到新疆地區(qū)，并開始對(duì)該地生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)造成危害。本試驗(yàn)為新疆地區(qū)豬場(chǎng)母豬繁殖障礙的病因調(diào)查提供了依據(jù)。

Pathogen Detection of Sow Reproductive Disorder Disease

and Identification of Relevant Strain in a Swine Farm in Xinjiang

In April 2018，some symptoms of reproductive disorders，such as abortion，stillbirth and mummified fetus，appeared in a large number of sows in a scaled breeding farm in Xinjiang. In order to identify all related causes，some fetal tissues and abortive secretions from sows were sampled to detect porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus（PRRSV），pseudorabies virus（PRV），porcine parvovirus（PPV）and toxoplasma gondii through normal PCR，RT-PCR and real time PCR technology respectively. The results showed that the samples were positive for PRRSV，and negative for PRV，PPV and Toxoplasma gondii. The NADC30-like strain of PRRSV was identified in the farm by NSP2，the specific primer of PRRSV. Besides，the reproductive disorders in the farm may be mainly caused by the NADC30-like strain，indicating that the new strain had been spreading to Xinjiang and begun to bring great harm to local pig-production industry. In view of that，some references were hereby provided for investigating the causes of sow reproductive disorders in Xinjiang.
