B2L蛋白是羊口瘡病毒(ORFV)的主要囊膜蛋白,為重要保護(hù)性抗原之一,可刺激機(jī)體產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的抗體反應(yīng)。本研究對(duì)B2L基因運(yùn)用Visual Gene Developer生物信息學(xué)軟件,分析其在大腸桿菌、畢赤酵母、昆蟲桿狀病毒表達(dá)系統(tǒng)中的密碼子使用偏好性,從而選擇一個(gè)最適表達(dá)系統(tǒng),以增加B2L蛋白的表達(dá)量。分析表明,B2L基因在昆蟲桿狀病毒表達(dá)系統(tǒng)中會(huì)得到更好的表達(dá),這為B2L基因表達(dá)系統(tǒng)的選擇提供了參考。
Analysis on the Codon Preference of B2L Gene of Orf Virus
As the main envelope protein of orf virus(ORFV),B2L protein isone of the important protective antigens,which couldstimulate the organism to produce specific antibodies. In the study,by use of bioinformatics software of Visual Gene Developer,the codon preference of B2L gene in the expression systems of E.coli,Pichia pastoris and insect baculovirus wereanalyzed,and an optimal expression system accordinglywas selected to increase the expression of B2L protein. According to theanalysis,B2L gene could be expressed better in the expression system of insectbaculovirus,which would provide some references forselecting relevant expression system.
